Is Exness a scam or an honest broker? Feedback from the company’s clients

The Exness Dealing Centre is a brand of the group of companies of the same name. The broker has been providing its clients with a rather wide range of services for convenient trading on stock markets for 10 years.
Data from the official website of Exness shows the progressive dynamics of growth in the volume of trading for the period from 2010 to 2017. As of last year, the broker increased the trading volume to 3224 billion USD.

Exness (Cy) Ltd. is regulated by the Cypriot Equities and Financial Exchange Commission ‘CySEC’. The financial supervisory organisation of Cyprus issued the broker with a licence to provide brokerage services.

Two years ago, Exness GC received a licence from the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) allowing it to enter the EEA stock markets. At the same time, the organisation announced the opening of an intermediary company Exness (UK) Ltd in Britain.

Thanks to the above licences, the brokerage centre was able to expand its portfolio of services by adding CFD trading and various investment products.

It should be added that the Exness group of companies is regulated worldwide, in particular by CONSOB, FI, CNMV, AFM and BaFin.

The broker’s support service deals with clients’ questions round the clock, advising trading account holders in fifteen languages.

The company’s website talks about an exclusive affiliate programme, under which participants receive ¼ of the profits (25%). It is specified that the affiliate’s revenue will not depend on the duration, profitability or size of the trades of the referred clients. Withdrawal of funds (affiliate remuneration) is quick.

Exness offers clients to trade more than 130 currency pairs.

Exness offers the client four types of trading accounts + demo account:

• Cent with minimum initial deposit starting from one dollar. Precise execution of forex orders;
• Mini differs from the first one by the maximum position volume;
• Classic (initial deposit – 2 thousand dollars);
• ECN-account with a minimum entry threshold of $300.

As a trading terminal, the broker recommends installing the functional MetaTrader 4 for convenient online trading on the stock exchange (the programme is available for download on Mac, Linux, Android and iOS). The universally recognised MT4 platform has a Multiterminal modification, which allows managing several accounts at once, placing orders and lots on them. Among other terminals the broker specifies: MetaTrader 5, MT4/MT5 by MetaQuotes for Android/iOS, WebTerminal MT4.

The company has developed a number of its own automated trading robots. The MetaQuotes Language 4 software allows you to create your own expert advisors and scripts.

The rating of Exness on specialised sites is consistently average. Judging by the reviews, Exness values its own reputation, promptly responding to comments from users of forums and other resources with information about the broker. Analyses of several thematic sites have shown that reasoned negative comments are quite rare.

Due to the fact that there is no response to the request of Exness admins to provide account number and specific reasons of dissatisfaction, it can be assumed that many reviews are custom-made.

Accordingly, if the company is interested in long-term cooperation with clients and allocates a large amount of resources for feedback, it would be strange to receive confirmation of the Exness brand in the black list of any ratings.
